The Regenerative Change Agent Community
What is it?
Founded on a Living Systems paradigm and inspired by the work of Carol Sanford, The Regenerative Change Agents Community recognises that the most pressing and challenging issues the world faces cannot be addressed with the mindset, best practices and well intended efforts currently defining the change agenda. They require that we, as humans, develop ourselves, our thinking and capacity so that we can evolve our roles and elevate the quality of our contribution to the vitality and viability of the living systems we serve.
To do this we need the context and commitment of an intentional community dedicated to its own development and equipped with the necessary instruments and frameworks to consistently and on-goingly engage with the Work.
Who is it for?
For individuals who have the will to invest in their professional and personal development, grow their capacity for Essence expression and contribute meaningfully and effectively to the lives of their stakeholders and the living systems they serve.
This developmental community is particularly beneficial for entrepreneurs, business executives, consultants, coaches, educators and community leaders.
What this community will be working on
Developing the capacity to use a Developmental Technology sourced in Living Systems principles: we will engage and apply to our personal and professional context the core elements of a regenerative technology and the living systems principles that underly it.
Essence expression, being development and the development of self managing capabilities. Our work is to manage ourselves in a way that allows us to contribute our Essence to the living systems we serve. This require ongoing being development on our part and the development of self-managing capabilities.
Intentional evolution of our worldviews: Regenerative Work is not a new set of techniques and functional approaches that build up on current best practices. It is a cosmological and epistemological shift that invites us to consciously evolve our very representation of the cosmos, the place we occupy within it and the roles we can take in the evolution of Life in our Solar system and Earth.
How it works
This is an open-ended developmental process, not a course, training or continuing education program. This means you commit to at least a one-year cycle and to participate to a minimum of 2 thirds of the scheduled events both in-person and on-line.
Your membership is renewed every year at the date of your subscription.
There are 4 in-person workshops that will initially be held in Paris but as the community grows in agency and self managing capacity other locations for workshops might emerge.

There are 4 on-line workshops. These are 3 hour long workshop where nodal aspects of regenerative practice will be examined.
